Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the 3DServiceskenya website, including but not limited to our logo, brand identity, service descriptions, original graphics, and digital content, are owned by or licensed to 3DServiceskenya and are protected under applicable Kenyan and international intellectual property laws. When you submit design files, models, or specifications for 3D printing or modeling services, you represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of those files or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to use and reproduce them. You grant 3DServiceskenya a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your service order. 3DServiceskenya will not reproduce, share, or commercially exploit your submitted designs without your express written consent. Any original 3D models created by our design team on your behalf remain the intellectual property of 3DServiceskenya until full payment has been received, at which point ownership is transferred to the client as agreed in the project scope. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any proprietary design work, tools, or processes belonging to 3DServiceskenya.

Disclaimer of Warranties

3DServiceskenya strives to deliver consistently high-quality 3D printing, 3D modeling, and 3D scanning services to every client. However, our services and website content are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we take great care in the production and quality control of all 3D printed items, slight variations in color, texture, dimensions, or finish may occur due to the inherent nature of additive manufacturing processes and material properties. Our total cumulative liability to any client for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service order giving rise to that claim. Clients are advised to retain backup copies of all submitted design files, as 3DServiceskenya cannot be held responsible for the loss or corruption of client-submitted digital files beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the services provided by 3DServiceskenya shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kenya.
